Cedric Vernay was born in Saint Etienne (France) in 1968. He moved to Rio de Janeiro, (Brazil) in 2001 and have been here since then. Took many Art courses in the US and in Emile Colh (Art/Animation) in Lyon (France). Style very figurative and mostly focused on portraits.
He usually use acrylic and/or oil painting but since 2006, he tried other solutions like the Paper Collages and digital painting. French graphic designer specialized in photographic final improvements.

Each portrait is carefully planned directly with the client to best reflect your individual style and taste. Working together, you will swap color ideas, decide on a size and determine the best photograph from which to work. Always open to special requests and new ideas, our goal is to make every portrait one-of-a-kind and timeless. This consultative process can be done in person, over the phone, or by email.
Styles:
Ced Vernay offer portraits in distinct mediums (collage, paintings and digital painting). My “Collage” style is an abstract, bold and contemporary approach to the pop art tradition. His “painting” is a more traditional way for portrait, perfect for any setting.
Sizes:
Standard portrait is 1m x 1m (1 meter), but I am able to accommodate most other size requests.
Timing:
Following the initial consultative process, Cedric Vernay works within a clear timeframe, and provide weekly updates as to the progress of the portrait. He always works with an agreed upon exact delivery date. A normal size portrait generally takes two weeks to one month.
Fee:
Portraits fees varies depending on size and medium.
